C4C Fitness In the Park - C4C IT Edition
We are back at it for our final installment of the summer. Join Greg for a morning workout in the park. This will be Greg's own class creation "Challenges 4 Change Internal Training" or C4C IT! 'Cause you know you wanna be it! #taglinesfordays. Class will be a bootcamp style with lots of fun moves to get your heart pumping and body moving.

Location: Entrence at Columbus Circle/59th Street.

We Will Be At The South East End Of The Park.
Enter Park At 59th Street Columbus Circle.
Head East Towards Central Park Driveway
Look for C4C balloons on your right

The After Event:
I Mean, We Are In The Park π³. We Worked Out In The Park π, Now Lets Go Lay Like Sheep And Meadow In It ππΏ(10 Points If You Can Guess Where We Will Be Heading). So Bring A Sandwich, Something To Drink (#Booze) And Blanket. If You Have A Volleyball Or Games Bring Those Too. This Will Be A Chance To Be Social And Make New Friends. Or Dont.
